According to the Marijuana Policy Project, 23 states, the District of Columbia, and two territories, either list PTSD as a qualifying condition for medical marijuana or otherwise allow doctors to recommend it. Efforts are underway for Colorado to add PTSD to its list of qualifying conditions.
